Shipping Fee
The full product price plus the R100.00 flat shipping fee is paid at the time of placing the order. This secures your reservation immediately. This price is fixed at the time of purchase. 

Estimated Delivery Date
We will provide an Estimated Delivery Date on the product page and in your order confirmation email. 

Disclaimer: This is an estimate only. It is based on information provided by the shipping company and is subject to change due to unforeseen delays. 

Shipping Time: After processing (typically 1 business day), the Standard Flat Rate shipping time of 3-7 business days will apply.

Communication: if your order is delayed by more than 7 days, we will notify you immediately via email, providing a revised estimate.

 

Cancellation and Refunds (In Line with CPA)
In compliance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) on advance orders (Section 17): You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the item has been dispatched.
